Ownera, a company specializing in tokenization interoperability solutions, has announced a leadership reshuffle with the appointment of three new professionals. Itay Tuchman, former Global Head of Foreign Exchange at Citi and Founder/CEO of TomorrowNext, has joined the board. Natasha Benson, who has an extensive background in Capital Markets and FinTech, will serve as Chief Operating Officer. Emmanuel Aidoo, a recognized expert in the institutional digital assets sector, becomes the Chair of the Ownera Advisory Board. These appointments are expected to contribute to Ownera’s growth and success.

Ownera is a key player in the development of the open peer-to-peer protocol FinP2P. Its FinP2P routers facilitate global distribution and liquidity by connecting tokenized assets from sell-side institutions to buy-side demand. Itay Tuchman’s experience in financial markets will be valuable to Ownera’s mission for market-wide interoperability. Natasha Benson’s leadership in growing businesses will be crucial to scaling Ownera. Emmanuel Aidoo’s expertise in the institutional digital assets space aligns well with Ownera’s vision.
