Prior to joining Flutterwave, Fatokun chaired the Board Audit and Governance Committee of United Capital and served as managing director at Jasfolim Consulting, which offers payment system advisory services in Nigeria. During his time at the Central Bank of Nigeria, Fatokun oversaw significant payment-focused projects such as the Cashless Nigeria Initiative and the Bank Verification Number project. Flutterwave aims to leverage Fatokun’s experience to reinforce a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability across its operations.
